Returns and exchanges.
If you would like to return/exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of order to submit a return request and send the item back via courier service and provide us with the tracking number. We will make a money refund within 14 days from the date of your return request or just after receiving your package. Please note that we provide free shipping (for orders over 300 EUR), but we do not provide free returns. If you would like to make a return, you can choose any courier service and send the parcel back.
Bodysuits, underwear and swimsuits are non-refundable.
When returning/exchanging items, please ensure they are in "as new" condition, are in their original brand packaging and the parcel is the same size as received. We cannot guarantee a full refund in case of damaged returns, damaged items may be sent back to the customer.
