Returns and exchanges.
If you want to return/exchange the item, you have 14 days after receiving the order to send the item back with a courier service and provide us the tracking number. We will make a money refund just after receiving the parcel from you. Please note that we provide free shipping (for orders over 300 EUR), but we do not provide free returns. If you would like to make a return, you can choose any courier service and send the parcel back.
Bodysuits, underwear and swimsuits are non-refundable.
When returning/exchanging items, please ensure they are in "as new" condition, are in their original brand packaging and the parcel is the same size as received. We cannot guarantee a full refund in case of damaged returns, damaged items may be sent back to the customer.
